RSTN 2231 - Applied Cardiopulmonary Pathophysiology I A study of the anatomy and physiology of the cardiopulmonary system as it relates to respiratory care. Includes basic anatomy of the pulmonary and cardiac system, physiology or circulation, gas exchange, control of respiration and an overview of the pathophysiology and treatment of common disorders of the cardiopulmonary system. Prerequisites: BIO 105 and BIO 106 . Co-requisites: RSTN 2000 and RSTN 2200 . 3 lecture hours per week. 3 credit hours This course is only available to students who have been accepted into a Rutgers SHRP program.
