PED 101 - Concepts of Adult Fitness Through a series of lectures and practicums, various aspects of health and physical fitness are explored. In addition to mastering selected concepts concerning health and physical fitness, each student develops, through self-testing practicums, his/her own physical fitness profile and program. 2 lecture hours per week. 2 credit hours.
