CRJ 206 - Criminal Law This course examines the intricacies of the administration of criminal justice. Topics include the elements of common criminal statutes, the nature and difficulties of proof, the legal rules governing police practices and procedures, and an exploration of constitutional judicial decisions and important judicial case studies in the United States.
