LGL 235 - Wills, Estates & Trusts This course examines the purpose and need for a will and the legal and procedural issues involved with the drafting, execution, and administration of a will. Students will explore the laws of testate or intestate succession, will validity requirements, modification and revocation of a will, probate administration, and types of trusts. Tax considerations in the administration of estates and ethical principles relevant to paralegals will also be discussed. Prerequisite(s): LGL 101 3 lecture hours per week 3 credit hours
