BIO 106 - Anatomy and Physiology II

This course is a continuation of Anatomy and Physiology I and is intended to complete the two-semester sequence. The course will examine the following topics: the endocrine system, the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system, the digestive system, the urinary system, and the reproductive system. In addition, this course will introduce the student to some fundamental concepts connected with the integrated activity of the human body in relation to its environment. This course includes a laboratory section that has experiments and activities specifically designed to facilitated knowledge acquisition of course subject matter. It will also foster an attitude of scientific inquisitiveness and reasoning. 
Prerequisite(s): BIO 105  
Co-requisite(s): BIOL 106
