This course is an investigation of the roles and behavior of people in small group settings. Topics include roles and norms, leadership, decision processes, interpersonal communication, membership, attraction, and group theory. Participation in small group projects emphasized. Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 3 lecture hours per week 3 credit hours
