Program Description
Criminal Justice is a 30-31 credit program designed for individuals who are interested in the fields of police, corrections, probation, parole, and juvenile delinquency. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, graduates will be able to: - Discuss the field of criminal justice including police organization, administration and management;
- Discuss the rights and responsibilities of an officer of the law;
- State the procedures involved in criminal investigation and how they are applied;
- Communicate effectively in writing, verbal and electronic formats with particular emphasis on police reports.
